You agree this purchase is non-refundable. You agree that you will not issue any chargebacks on your method of payment.

You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of payment ($3,996) even if you are unable to remain in the program or attend live the sessions for any reason. You agree that if you leave said program before the total amount is paid off, you will still be responsible for paying for the full price of the program. You agree that if payments are late your access to the sessions and program will be revoked until payments are back in good standing.

You understand that this mastermind will be recorded and your participation in the live sessions is your consent to have your name, likeness, personal information, voice, image, and more recorded, and furthermore, you understand that these recordings may be used in future Roxy Talks marketing or commodities with no further notice or compensation to you.

You agree to be kind, courteous, and respectful to the other participants of the program and understand that a violation of this agreement is grounds for dismissal from the group program with no refund or compensation owed to you.

Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that Roxy Talks is not responsible for any loss, death, illness, property damage, or bodily injury, caused by your use of the information contained in this workshop or care following and you expressly waive, discharge, release all liability and hold Company and Roxy Lee harmless of all such claims. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Company will not be responsible to you or any third party claims through by you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic, or other damages arising in any way out of your use of the information contained in this workshop.

You expressly consent to any and all methods and techniques necessary Roxy Lee may suggest in your session.
